Table Pricing

Standard Table – $100

Premium Table – $125

L-Shape Booth (One 8-foot table and one 6-foot table) – $150

Premium tables are eligible to purchase additional side tables. Additional side tables are not permitted with Standard table spaces.

Table Add-Ons

You are welcome to bring your own display table, or you may add an additional table for $40.

Each vendor space includes:

  • 2 chairs

  • 1 tablecloth

  • 1 waste bin per table space

  • 1 8ft Table

Vendor Space Sizes

Vendor spaces are approximately:

  • 9' x 8' for spaces not located against a wall

  • 9' x 6' for spaces located against a wall

Please plan your displays accordingly and keep all merchandise within your assigned space.

Vendor Setup

Vendor setup begins as early as 7:00 AM on the day of the event.

To help ensure the event opens on time, all vendors should arrive early enough to unload, set up, and be ready before the show begins.

Load-In & Load-Out

All loading and unloading must take place using one of the following designated areas:

  • The parking garage located underneath the venue

  • The designated load-in/load-out area off Front Street

Loading and unloading is not permitted under the Commercial Street overhang. Vendors using this area will be asked to move immediately, as we are required to follow the Salem Convention Center's loading procedures.

Breakdown Policy

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the event.

Early breakdowns are not permitted unless prior approval has been given by event management. This policy helps maintain a positive experience for attendees and fellow vendors throughout the show.
