Vendor Information – Cherry City Cards & Collectibles Show

1. Event Details

  • Event Name: Cherry City Cards & Collectibles Show

  • Date: Saturday, January 10th, 2026

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Location: Salem Convention Center
    200 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97301

2. Booth Information

  • Booth Sizes:

    • 10x10 (center floor booths)

    • 10x8 (against the wall)

  • Pricing:

    • $100 – Standard spot (assigned by organizer)

    • $125 – Premium spot (choose your own location based off availability)

    • $215 - Premium spot + 1 additional booth (Pick both)

    • $300 - Premium spot + 2 additional booth (Pick all 3)

    • If you are wanting to make a U shape booth (2x 8 ft and 2x 6ft in a 20x10) - contact for pricing and availability.

  • Important Notes:

    • Vendors may bring extra tables, but only corner/end booths OR Premium Spots may add additional tables.

    • Booths are first come, first served.

  • Included with Each Booth:

    • 1x 8-foot table with black table skirt

    • 2 chairs

    • 2 vendor badges

    • 1 personal trash can

  • Extras Available:

    • 6-foot add-on table to your booth (premium spots only): $60

    • Additional vendor badge: $3 (Only 2 badges given, anyone who doesn’t have a badge will be asked to pay for a ticket - excluding kids)

3. Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup Time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (subject to change)

  • Event Opens: 10:00 AM

  • Breakdown: 4:00 PM

  • Vendors must check in by the main doors and be fully set up before opening.

  • Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.

4. Payment & Registration

  • Full payment is required to secure a booth.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled by Cherry City Events.

  • Booth assignments are first come, first served.

5. Vendor Rules

  • Booth areas must remain neat, safe, and professional.

  • All merchandise must be legal and in compliance with event/venue rules.

  • Counterfeit or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own supplies (tablecloths, signage, extension cords, etc.).

  • Make sure to read the Vendor Terms & Conditions.

6. Parking & Load-In

  • Details will be provided closer to the event regarding vendor parking (free), load-in doors, and loading dock access.

  • Vendors are responsible for unloading and setting up their own materials.

7. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are subject to venue rules.

  • Vendors selling food or beverages must have the proper permits (if permitted by venue).
