Vendor Information – Cherry City Card Shows at The Salem Center

1. Event Details

Event Name: Cherry City Card Shows

Date: Sunday, November 30th, 2025

Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Salem Center, 401 Center St NE, Salem, OR 97301

The closest doors are the Center & High St mall entrance, next to GameStop under Kohl’s.

2. Booth Information

Booth Size: 7 ½ ft x 7 ft space

Included with Each Booth:

  • 1x 6-foot table

  • 1 chair

  • 1 table cloth

Pricing: $55 per table/space

Setup & Breakdown:

  • Setup: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (subject to change)

  • Event Opens: 11:00 AM

  • Breakdown: 4:00 PM

3. Vendor Rules

  • Booth areas must remain neat, safe, and professional.

  • All merchandise must comply with event and venue rules.

  • Counterfeit or prohibited items are not allowed.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own supplies beyond what is provided (extension cords, signage, etc.).

4. Payment & Registration

  • Full payment is required to secure a booth.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Cherry City Events.

  • Booths are first come, first served.

5. Parking & Load-In

  • Vendors are responsible for unloading and setting up their own materials.

  • Details on parking, and loading doors will be shared closer to the event.
